U.S. TV phenomenon Gossip Girl has taken over this year's Teen Choice Awards with 14 nominations. The show and its young, sexy cast lead the way for the August prizegiving, with R&B star Chris Brown landing nine nods and show host Miley Cyrus four. The Teen Choice Awards leader, Justin Timberlake, who has 21 `surfboards' is nominated for three gongs.
